Food & Beverages
The Caravella Restaurant is more than just another Cretan Taverna or
Restaurant.
It is famous for the fine Cretan cuisine and the friendly service kept on high
standards by chef brothers Yiannis and Georgos and their team. This is why most
of the Cretan Guide books recommend the Caravella as of the top-ten Fish
restaurants on the island.
Another typical Cretan habit is the "look into the pots" - meaning you could
come into the kitchen and choose your meal right from the casserole - so you
could be sure your meal is fresh cooked and exactly what you want.
