Built in 2008, in the west residential web of the village, Leste consists of six (6) autonomous residences fully equipped, to offer accommodation all the year and provide the guests a comfortable stay in a familiar and friendly environment. As if you were in your own village, in a cosy, hospitable place, you will feel safe to enjoy your stay, basking by the atmosphere of tranquility, comfortable elegance and companionship. We, the owners, have cared for an elegant and beautiful stay, paying particular attention to the details; our basic criteria are our guests’ comfort and accommodation.

Plaka is located 22 km from Chania , part of the Municipality of Vamos , in Apokoronas district. Built in 70m above sea, Plaka offers a  view  to Souda bay and Akrotiri peninsula in the north west; Drapanokefala is in the east and  White Mountains  in the south fascinate with their grand volumes.

Cancellation

·          All reservations can be cancelled 12 days before the arrival date period between 01/01 – 31/05 & 01/10 – 31/12/12) free of charge, except of the high season i.e. period between 01/06 – 30/09, when cancellation can be made 25 days before the arrival date free of charge.

·          In case of cancellation less than 25 days before the arrival date in high season, the cancellation fee is 30% of the deposit.

·            In case of cancellation in less than 12 days before the arrival date in high season, the cancellation fee is 75% of the deposit..

·            In case the client/guest does not appear at all (no-show), deposit is non refundable.
