Approximate room size is 25 to 30 square meters. Pool size from 13 to 18 sq.m.
ONE-BEDROOM PRIVATE POOL
Renovated one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 guests, ideal for familes with one or two children. These are newly redesigned, fully renovated apartments for 2018, offering a pool for individual use, a garden furnished with sun beds, umbrella and a shaded area with dining table. Outdoor area including the pool is from 50 to 70 square meters. They are located on the ground floor, offering a stylish bathroom with rain shower and floor-to-ceiling windows. Approximate room size is 40 square meters. Pool size approximately from 15 to 20 sq.m.
STUDIO
Studios for 2 guests are 1-room apartments plus a WC-room with shower. Available bed configurations include one double bed. Two guests maximum occupancy and size of approximately 20 square meters. Studios offer either sea view and/or pool view or garden / mountain view.
SUPERIOR STUDIO
Superior Studios are more spacious and can accommodate up to 3 persons. They are 1-room apartments plus a bathroom with shower cabin. Bed configuration includes one double bed and one extra bed (or bed/sofa). Three guests maximum occupancy and size of approximately 25 square meters. Superior studios offer either sea view and/or pool view or garden / mountain view.
ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT
One-bedroom apartments are 2-room apartments. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a lounge area with one or two extra beds (single or bed/sofa) according to the size of the apartment. Along there is the kitchenette plus a bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy is either 3 guests or 4 guests depending on the size of the apartment, approximately 35 square meters.
SUPERIOR ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT
Superior One-bedroom apartments are 2-room apartments at selected locations around the complex, offering more space than standard apartments. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a lounge area with two extra single beds plus a bathroom with shower cabin. Four guests maximum occupancy and size of approximately 40 square meters. Most apartments offer splendid sea view and few side sea view and garden view.
MAISONETTE
Maisonette apartments are 1-room apartments with split levels (ground and upper level) for up to 4 persons. Levels are not separated, they are connected through indoor staircase. This type represents the traditional old Greek style of houses, having in the upper level a wooden bedroom (called the "ontas") with a double bed (with wooden roof - penthouse style). There are two more sofa/beds in the ground level - lounge, plus a WC room with shower. The Maisonette is prefered by couples or friends as it does not offer the privacy of a separate bedroom.
HOUSE MAISONETTE
House Maisonettes are located at the upper part of the complex. There are two House Maisonettes which are housed in one 100% stone-built building, offering a unique traditional Cretan atmosphere to our guests. These maisonettes have two levels, with one wooden bedroom upstairs separated from two more bed/sofas outside the bedroom. Downstairs there is the sitting area, plus a bathroom with shower cabin and the kitchenette. The house maisonette offers both a balcony with sea view and a terrace with nice garden view. Four guests maximum occupancy and a total area of approximately 50 square meters.
TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT
Two-bedroom apartments are 3-room apartments, accommodating 5 people. They consist of two separate bedrooms, a lounge area with one extra bed (either single or bed/sofa), plus one bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom has either a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy is five guests and approximate size 50 square meters.
JUNIOR SUITE
Junior Suite is a 1-room apartment, with deluxe furnishing, offering sea view and pool view, located at the top of the complex in the newest wing of the hotel. It offers one double bed and a bathroom with shower cabin. Two guests maximum occupancy and size of approximately 25 square meters. All suites offer sea view / pool view.
FAMILY SUITE
Family Suite is a sole 3-room apartment, located on the first floor, just above the main pool area, offering panoramic sea and pool view. It consists of two separate bedrooms , a lounge area, a sitting area, a normal kitchen and oven, a large refrigerator, a large bathroom (with a tub). The first bedroom has one double bed and the second one two single beds. There are two more single beds in the sitting area. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and total area of approximately 80 square meters.
SUPERIOR FAMILY SUITE
The superior family suite is a 3-room apartment, with two separate bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and two WC rooms with showers (one large bathrooms, and a second smaller inside the second bedroom). It is located at a quiet spot, on the first floor and offers splendid sea view, a big balcony a normal kitchen, sitting place with sofas where extra 2 guests may sleep. Six people maximum occupancy and size of approximately 80 square meters.
SUPERIOR SUITE
Superior Suites are 3-room apartments with deluxe furnishings and are located at the top of the complex. They consist of two separate bedrooms with double beds, a lounge area with two bed/sofas, kitchenette plus two bathrooms with shower (one WC room is private for the master bedroom with shower cabin). All suites have sea and/or pool view. Six guests maximum occupancy and size of approximately 60 square meters.
SUPERIOR HOUSE SUITE
Superior House Suites are located at the very top of the complex, enjoying some of the best sea views of the area. There are only 2 suites, one on top of the other, housed in one separate building. They consist of two separate bedrooms with double beds, a lounge area with two more bed/sofas, a sitting area, normal large kitchen and oven, a large refrigerator and two bathrooms with shower. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and total area approximately 70 square meters.
VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL (6-7 GUESTS)
Villas are two storey, stone decorated houses, with a total area of 110 square meters. There are three separate bedrooms in the house. In the upper floor there is one private WC room with shower cabin for the master bedroom, one more bedroom and a bathroom (with a bathtub). In the ground level there is another separate bedroom, one more WC room with shower cabin, a sitting area with fireplace and sofa*, normal kitchen area, large refrigerator, dining table. In the front of the villa there is a private pool and furnished area around the pool, enjoying lovely panoramic sea views of Hersonissos bay area. The villas are fully air-conditioned in all rooms (4 units inside) and offer all facilities of a private house. Seven guests maximum occupancy and a total area of 110 square meters.
VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL (8 GUESTS)
The Villa is two storey, stone decorated house, with a total area of 120 square meters. In the upper floor there are three separate bedrooms plus two WC rooms with shower cabins. In the ground level there is a large bathroom (with jacuzzi), a more spacious lounge with fireplace and two bed/sofas (accommodating up to 2 extra adults/children, large kitchen area, large refrigerator, dining table and sitting area. In the front of the villa there is a private pool and furnished area around the pool, enjoying lovely panoramic sea views of Hersonissos bay area. The villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms (4 units inside) and offer all facilities of a private house. Eight guests maximum occupancy and total area of 120 square meters.
