Open : May to October . . . Malia Resort Hotel is situated on the sandy beach of Malia , within walking distance of the Malia village and town and only 35km east of Heraklion Town (Airport)

Hotel Overview

Welcome to the Malia Resort Hotel. We believe that the Malia Resort is the best located hotel in Malia. The position of the hotel means that you can see all of the bay from Sissi to Hersonissos, with fantastic views of Malia's famous island.

As well as the hotels we have a fresh water swimming pool, music area, eating area, 250 meters of Malia best beach, water sports and a cocktail bar. We are the most complete hotel resort on the sea front of Malia opening till late.

 

Many of our guests choose to come down to the cocktail bar and watch the sun set over Hersonissos.

Having as weapons the Minoan palace in the eastern side of the area and its powerful dynamics that transcends time, the crystal clear blue sea and the sandy beaches as well as the endless option in night life, local delicacies and delicious Cretan desserts, Malia promises to transform your stay into a unique experience.

Rooms

Our accommodation is split over two different buildings. One of our buildings has 57 rooms and the other building has 12 rooms. We can accommodate 160 people in total in our resort. All of our rooms are decorated to the same high standard, in a well lit style. 

Our rooms are clean and spacious. All of our rooms have balconies with views of the sea. The Studios have a fully fitted kitchen

A dive in the comfortable pool of Malia Resort, or a refreshment or drink by your sun bed, among the colourful flower garden and the looked after lawn will set you in a summer mood.

The recreation facilities of Malia Resort include a pool table, a pink-pong table for sport lovers as well as for those that wish to entertain themselves and increase their physical wellbeing.

The restaurant of Malia Resort keeps its doors open from 10:00 until 23:00, capturing the magic of the island in dishes that transport your palate to exotic places. Indulge in a lunch or dinner of local meat, fresh fish, fine vegetables and virgin olive oil, and let our staff to look after you. Explore Crete in every bite.  

 

Snack bar

Only a breath away separates you from the endless blue of the Cretan Sea and the sun generously offers you its beneficial rays. You may indulge a coffee of your choice from a wide range of options, fresh local fruit juices, home-made snacks and light sweet delights.

 

Though out the day (10:00 until 23:30), you may taste well-cooked Cretan delicacies by the beautiful sandy beach or be refreshed by a colourful cocktail as the waves smoothly break just a few meters away from you.

 

Breakfast

Traditional Cretan breakfast, European or full English breakfast is served in the dining room of Malia Resort daily from 07:00 until 9:30 in the morning.
