The small family owned Hotel is situated in a quiet One-Way-Street in Malia , in the local part of the town.It was opened in 2004.The distance to the Heraklion Airport is 35 km.The most closed Beach is 1 km away and to the center of the town with shops of any kind, tavernas, cafeterias, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, local busstation only 5 min.walk away.The 2- floor building consists of 17 apartments different sizes.The apartments are between 25 m2 and 45 m2 big ,for 2- 4 persons, some of the apartments are in Maisonette-Style.Nearly all apartments do have a balcony
