Hermes hotel is situated on the northeast coast of the island of Crete at the outskirts of the city of Agios Nikolaos. It is ideally located close to the city center while guests can easily travel around to other sites, beaches or cities.

• Visit traditional villages such Kritsa, Prina and Plaka, taste the true Cretan cuisine and drink traditional “raki”.
• Choose one of our 25 diving sites located across the Mirabello Bay and along the island of Spinalonga.

The closest airport is the Heraklion International Airport N. Kazantzakis, 65 km away from the city of Agios Nikolaos (approximately a 45 minute drive).

By Sea
The closest port is the Heraklion port, 67 km away from the city of Agios Nikolaos (approximately a 50 minute drive).

While on land
As soon as you arrive on the island, local taxi and buses with regular schedules are available at the airport as well as the port.

The main Restaurant PHAETHON, is located on the 5th floor. It provides its customers with stunning views of the Mirabello Bay in a traditional Cretan environment. Enjoy a rich, fresh and tasteful buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our chef prepares daily local and international dishes, many of which are prepared in front of the guests. Feel free to taste & indulge in the magic of the Mediterranean Cuisine. Our Hotel is a member of the Greek Breakfast initiative of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and transforms the local delicacies of Crete into the tastiest Ambassadors of Greek gastronomy.

While sunbathing don’t forget to try a fruit infused cocktail!
