A path with a staircase leads to a small secluded sandy beach. A very large terrace 250 m2 stone flagged with rough California marble hosts the 50 m2 swimming pool, a small garden with green grass in front of the bedrooms and a paved backyard with parking spaces complete the premises of this luxurious accommodation.

The owners have spared no money and effort in order to provide unique luxury and extravagance. A spacious and bright upper floor (65 m2), combines the sitting area with a fireplace and a large window to the blue bay the dining area in front of which, a second large window and a spacious, luxurious, bright, and well equipped kitchen with top quality appliances.
