Villa Agni

This 150-year-old detached stone-built Villa Agni of 120 m² has been beautifully restored and stands in 4,000 m² of grounds surrounded by trees and beautiful countryside in the tiny rural hamlet of Kastri, 16 km from Panormo and 35 km from Rethymnon.

Leading off a beautiful Veranda to the upper level of the Villa is the Living Room with parquet flooring, traditional old Cretan furniture and two sofa Beds.

There is an old farmhouse- style kitchen with dining table and a huge stone fireplace. Also, on this floor, there is a Bedroom with a Double Bed and a Shower WC and from its large outdoor Veranda there are magnificent views.

On the ground floor there are 3 Bedrooms, two Bedrooms with a Double Beds and one Bedroom with twin Beds, all with stone walls, and furnished with old traditional wooden furniture. There is a Shower WC and a Utility Room with a Washing Machine.

The Swimming Pool can accommodate 8-10 people.

The Villa has a Telephone for use with Telephone Cards.

The Barbecue area is furnished with wooden Benches and a Table for dining al fresco.
