Location

With its unadulterated seaside views over Ari Velouchioti, the main coastline road in Rethymno, Kriti Beach Hotel stands facing the Sea of Crete, just across one of the most beautiful Blue Flag beaches on this part of the Island. Thalassi Restaurant
A marriage of Cretan, Mediterranean and International flavors

The main restaurant at Kriti Beach Hotel occupies a large area on the ground floor, and glows with warm invitation to passers-by on Papanastasiou Street. Here, the Chef overindulges guests with a unique marriage of flavors, harmoniously blended to create dishes that are lighter, and more embracing of world cuisine than you will find in any other restaurant in Rethymno. 

In full agreement with this love for other cultures, Thalassi surprises its patrons with a different culinary theme every evening, an opportunity for guests to learn the secrets of many divergent styles of cooking practices and traditions.

And finally, nothing quite compares with seeing the Chef and his team preparing mouthwatering dishes on the spot, in the Cooking Show area.

Located on the lively semi-floor terrace at Kriti Beach Hotel, the restaurant faces the Sea of Crete, offering unparalleled views of the Blue Flag beach across the street. The restaurant stays packed well into the evening, with diners enjoying a variety of abundant, lusty plates, paired flawlessly with Greek and Mediterranean wines.

Armenistis Bar
Almost, sort of like sailing the Sea of Crete 

Armenistis is the elegant, marine-themed pool bar at Kriti Beach Hotel, a welcoming space, with ample views of the Blue Flag beach across the street, and the Sea of Crete. This is a relaxed area, where classic cocktails come with a dash of adventurousness, and where you can fill your coffee cup as many times as you want during the coffee time in the afternoon.

The à la carte lunch, which courts the carnivore and the oenophile, counts as another reason to linger on this beautiful terrace, by the pool.
