Opened in the spring of 2014, Moulveri is the crown jewel of Kyma Beach Hotel. The restaurant sits on the ground floor of the hotel, and offers a beautiful street-side terrace for dining al fresco when the weather is fine. From here, you can admire beautiful views of the beach and the sea, while savoring exquisite creations cooked to order by our talented chef and his team.
Imagine the subtle flavors of the Cretan herbs crowning sinful bites of local, homemade dishes, which are served with flair and gusto by our friendly attendants. And what would a meal be without a local wine, which shows off the skill of Greek winemakers with every sip?
Everything served at Moulveri is a wonder of the Cretan land, and its ancient traditions: the tender fasolia gigantes, the aged graviera, the sapid feta, the golden olive oil, and all the finest, freshest seasonal produce, which combine in a feast fit for a Minoan king. At the Cooking Show Station you can witness the magic of Cretan cuisine first hand, watching the chef prepare your favorites right on the spot, just the way you like them. This is also the perfect time for you to take in some of the secrets and traditions of Cretan cooking.

- Early Continental breakfast available upon request before 07.30.
- Rich Breakfast buffet served from 07.30-10.00.
- Late Continental breakfast available from 10.00-12.00 p.m.
- À la carte breakfast served in the room with extra charge.
- Half-board lunch available from 13:00 to 14:30
- Half-board dinner available from 19:00 to 21:00
- À la carte lunch and dinner served from 12:00 to 23:00.

The art of relaxation
The Pool Bar at Kyma is small, cozy, and elegant, a tiny oasis of blue, where afternoons are best spent with a smooth cocktail in your hand, leaning back on comfortable seats, and enjoying a good chat amongst friends. Because, in the true spirit of Cretan filoxenia, everybody is your friend at Kyma. Just ask your waiter for a special concoction, or come to sip happy hour specials, and you’ll see. At coffee time, you can drink as many cups as you want, without extra charge. If you don’t like coffee, the alternative is tea. Pastries and homemade cookies are offered at special prices too.
