Location is very good and the staff very friendly. The bad thing is that I stayed fuere at the beginning of June and it was very hot, my room was on the last floor( the 3rd floor) and though I had piad for a superior room it did not have air conditioning. The heat was unbearable, I couldn't get to sleep, more than 30•C in my room on the 3rd floor. When claiming at the lobby because the air conditioning in my room did not work they told me that in all their brochures it is specified that air conditioning only works from July to September. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY NOTICE OF THAT. One girl at the lobby called Rania who was very kind and efficient moved me to one air conditioned room. Thank God
