Situated at the very centre of the AEGEA BLUE PRIVATE RESPORT is a large, common recreation area with the AEGEA bar-restaurant, a multipurpose hall, open-air amphitheatre and a 21-metre swimming pool with a pool bar. The entire area is nested in the hillside overlooking the river meander and completely protected against the winds, while still maintaining a unique view of the Aegean Sea. The residents and their guests can enjoy a full range of international and national drinks and cocktails as well as wines, spirits and tsipouro produced locally. In the restaurant fresh, top-quality produce of the area is used in the production of delicious dishes of traditional Andriotic-Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. In addition to every day food, more sophisticated dishes are produced to order. Also, large events such as weddings, receptions and private parties are organized in or around the restaurant area or in the individual villas and their grounds.
