Anemi Hotel

The Anemi Hotel was built in Folegandros, one of the Cyclades Islands, with the intention of providing a 5 star luxury, carefree accommodation that has managed to maintain its Aegean authenticity untouched by the traditional growth of tourism. 

Thanks to its classic Cycladic architecture, the hotel is charming. It consists of 12 separate two-story houses, constructed by Alexandros Samaras, located on 4 acres of land above the port of the island, Karavostasi.

All buildings enjoy sea views and their sparkling white forms and stone walls are surrounded by beautiful gardens, full of flowers and other plants, in harmony with the idyllic Folegandros and the Hotel Aegeo workers' natural environment and climate of the island.

Together, all these elements recreate the feeling of frugality and simplicity in an idyllic way, so characteristic of the Cycladic Islands. What is pleasantly surprising about the ANEMI HOTEL, however, is that all is built to allow its guests to enjoy modern comforts and aesthetic features to please even those with the highest expectations.

Private Transfer: Anemihotels Group is happy to arrange your transfer before and after your visit in Folegandros. As soon as you will provide to us the details of your travel, we will reserve for you private transfers between the port and the airport of Athens. Additionaly, private boat or helicopter transfers from and towards other islands can be arranged upon request. 
From Piraeus by boat: Piraeus is the port of departure to Folegandros. It is closest to the largest Greek airport, the International Airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. The service to Folegandros is quite frequent, either by ferry or high speed boat. The journey by ferry takes about 6 hours, depending on the number of calls it makes to other islands on the way. The journey by high speed boat takes about 3.5 hours.
From Santorini by boat: The international airport of Santorini is the closest one to Folegandros. There are boats daily to and from Santorini, including a high speed once a day that takes about one hour.
From Mykonos by boat Mykonos has also an international airport and frequent connections to Folegandros. See the ferries routes
Getting to Folegandros by helicopter: Flights available from Athens, Santorini and Myconos. Our guests reach the heliport on Folegandros, where they are picked up by the hotel bus. The Double Rooms are approximately 35 square meters, have a lovely view to the lush gardens and can accommodate up to three persons. They have two single or one king seize bed, while an extra bed for a third person can also be arranged upon request. Children up to an age of 12 years are free of charge. They boast a nice sitting and dining area, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, as a private veranda or balcony. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Sleeps 2.

The Premier Standard Rooms offer a stupendous sea view and are approximately 35 square meters. They can accommodate up to three people and have two single or one king seize bed. An extra bed can also be arranged, upon request. Children up to an age of 12 years are free of charge. They feature a nice sitting and dining area, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub as well as a private veranda or balcony. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Sleeps 2.

The Junior Suites have either sea or garden view and can accommodate up to four persons in their 42 square meters area. They have two single beds or one king seize bed in the bedroom area, while there is also a sofa-bed and the possibility of an extra bed upon request to accommodate the fourth person. Children up to an age of 12 years are free of charge. These suites are ideal for families with one or two children or for couples that wish to have a more spacious room. They feature a (separated with a sliding door) sitting and dining area, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a private veranda or balcony. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Sleeps 3.

Junior Pool Suite

The Junior Pool Suites have an area of approximately 42 square meters and can accommodate up to four persons. They offer an astonishing, unobstructed view to the Aegean and of course they boast their own private plunge pool. The spacious deck is ideal for sunbathing, an ice coffee or a cocktail in the afternoon. The separate dining and sitting area features a sofa bed and can also accommodate a fourth person in an extra bed, upon request. Children up to an age of 12 years are free of charge. They also have a bathroom with a bathtub. The Junior Pool Suites also provide luxurious amenities like a Bose sound dock station for iPods and iPhone, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. Family Pool Suite

The Family Pool Suites offer guests an astonishing sea view. These autonomous suites consist of two levels and can accommodate up to six people. The upper floor has a bedroom with two single beds or one king seize bed and a bathroom with a shower, while the ground floor can accommodate two more people in two single beds or one king seize bed and the accommodation of another person on the sofa-bed. The accommodation of an extra person can be arranged, upon request. Children up to an age of 12 years are free of charge. The ground floor also features a second bathroom with a bathtub. They boast an impressive private pool, a spacious deck, a comfortable dining and sitting area and luxurious amenities, such as a Bose sound dock station for iPods and iPhone, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The Family Pool Suites have an area of 70 square meters and they can ideally accommodate the holidays of a family or friends, who enjoy each other's company, as well as their own privacy. THE ANEMI CELLAR

It may be small in size, but it is rather selective! The idea is to be able to acquaint our guests with the best of contemporary Greek wines, which in recent years have reached very high standards of quality and gained enthusiastic connoisseurs all around the world. Naturally, all our wines are selected to complement the gastronomic creations of our restaurant. Furthermore, our cellar has some labels of the finest quality for those wishing to open a superior bottle of wine in order to celebrate a special occasion.

Cancellation Policy:
No fee is charged for cancellations prior to 24 days before the confirmed arrival date and therefore your deposit will be  refunded., however credit card handlings will be withheld. Any cancellations made within 23-1 days before confirmed arrival date, results in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost.
In case of non-show or departure prior to the scheduled arrival date,the total scheduled cost will be charged.
