Open April to September. . . . .The Ios Athina Villa is located at Kolitsani between Chora and Mylopotas. Built on a farm in 2008 located on the beach, with great view of Santorini. At 50 meters from the villa there are two sandy beaches, which are visited only by the occupants of nearby houses.  For this reason the area is considered the best on the island and was selected by the known painter Gaitis so to build his cottage.

The stylish living area of Athina Ios Villa is a combination of Cycladic features and minimal design. The villa consists of two completely independent stone villas with shared pool .

All around this magnificent villa, you can enjoy a fresco dining outdoors or relax and gaze at the big blue, wide terraces with spectacular sea views. Or walk down the stone staircase that leads you straight into the stunning Mediterranean Ocean, one of the house 's finest features by far.

Ios Athina Villa is situated between Chora and Mylopotas in Kolitsani. Constructed on a farm on the beach in 2008, with great views of Santorini. There are two sandy beaches 50 meters away from the villa, which are only used by the residents of nearby homes. The region is therefore considered the best on the island and was chosen by the renowned painter Gaitis to create his cottage for this purpose.

The village is from the villa just 10 minutes walk through a quiet road where you can find everything. Also through a beautiful path by the sea you can arrive in 7 minutes at the  crowded beach of Mylopotas, where one can deal with all water sports or enjoy a drink in a beach bar. While you’re so close to everything you think you are far away from everything.

It consists of a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and country-style dining area. The living room comes with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and CD/DVD player. It also offers: – air conditioning / – free Wi-Fi / – hairdryer / – beach towels.


ATHINA ISLAND 2 BEDROOM VILLA House size: Bedroom 2 – 5 Persons : Overlooking the Aegean Sea from its furnished terrace, this elegantly decorated apartment blends traditional elements with modern facilities. Deposit policy: 40% at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid 30 days prior to arrival date

Damage Protection policy : A security deposit of 800 euros as insurance in case damages are incurred during a guest's stay and will be refundable at the time of the check out

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation 60 or more days before expected arrival date, there is no cancellation fee In case of cancellation within 60 days or less, 40% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card as cancellation fee.30 days prior arrival nonrefundable 100% Cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking In case of non show or early departure the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
