MYKONOS WHITE,is a super lux 130 sq.m.+ 100 sq.m exterior covered area totally 230 sq.m. vacation resort, for rental during Easter,Summer or Winter periods.

Wonderful traditional Mykonian architecture,whitewashed walls,hand made cementing sofas,stonemade fenses by Mykonian stones with traditional details and huge windows,private parking of 5 positions,bbq,cooking and baking benches,sink,fridge,waterheater,minibar,cupboards,music allover the place,radio,cd,dvd,internet,wifi,sat,NOVA,tv-dvd projector,regulating and automatic lighting,garden,traditional stonemade floors,private swimming pool with overflow system of special design 56 sq.m.(available only in summer period with inner 4-jets jacuzzi),wooden teak decks,shower.

The resort has two wonderful views:Front view in Kalo Livadi (300 m)and Loulos gulf(150 m),Back view in Kalafatis gulf(800 m).

Ground level:entrance,internal stairs,dining-sitting room,kitchen,one bedroom,one bathroom,fireplace.
Upper level:three bedrooms,two bathrooms.

Πολιτική πληρωμής

The Villa is available for monthly rentals only.  A deposit of 30% is required to hold the villa and the balance is payable at least 15 days before the 1st of the month.

If you book the villa for all 4 months then June is free of charge!

 

Πολιτική ακυρώσεων

In case of cancellation the deposit in non-refundable. If cancellation is made 15 days or less before arrival date then another 50% of the balance will be charged.
