- In case of cancellation 5 days prior to arrival the deposit would be fully refundable  (14/5-03/06 & 13/08-30/09) - Less the administration fee and Credit card expences.
- In case of cancellation with in(8) days prior to arrival the  deposit would be fully refundable ( 04/6-15/7 & 30/08-12/09)
- In case of cancellation within twenty one ( 21) days prior to arrival the deposit would be fully refundable ( 16/07 - 29/09)

In any other case cancellation fees are equal to the 30% of the total reservation cost >
