Period A: May 10th - June 06th & September 20th - October 3rd
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date, 1 night charge
Peroid B: June 7th - July 4th & September 6th - September 19th
For cancellations less than 9 days prior to arrival date, 1 night charge
Period C: July 5th - July 25th & August 23rd - September 5th
For cancellations less than 16 days prior to arrival date, 2 nights charge
Period D: July 26th - August 22nd
For cancellations less than 23 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total reservation charge
No Show charges
•A & B periods: 2 nights penalty
•C period: 50% of the total reservation cost
•D period: 100% of the total reservation cost
Charges for departing before scheduled date
•A & B periods: 1 night penalty
•C period: 50% of the remaining stay with minimum 1 night penalty
•D period: 100% of the remaining stay
