The house is totally independent and has fantastic views over the valley and the wonderful nature surroundings while is offers fantastic views to the sea. The villa is a perfect view point as you watch Ambelas beach, Santa Maria beach , Molos beach and the whole island of Naxos from the one side and Kolibithres beach on the back side. The gardens around the villa grow organic vegetables and fruits where you can bring them straight to your kitchen.

The lower level can be accessed through interior stairs from the ground floor or from the lower floor courtyard entrance in the front.
The lower floor courtyard has a marble dining table under a pergola, a built BBQ , an outdoors Jacuzzi for 6 persons and a couple of sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
From the main entrance of this floor you enter on an open plan siting area with a dining corner for 6. The living area is equipped with flat screen TV and Hi Fi. Attached to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen.
From the living area a door leads to a double bedroom with queen size bed, a dresser with mirror and a large closet for your clothes. A patio door exits to the terrace.
Another door lads to a second bedroom with queen size bed, a dresser with mirror and a closet. This bedroom is attached to a separate office corner with PC and a small library. Internal stairs with a door connect you with the upper floor corridor and bathroom.
A third door leads to a smaller bedroom with double bed. This bedroom has no window and is used as extra bedroom in case you have extra guests.
All 3 bedrooms are serviced from a full bathroom with shower.
The ground floor has two entrances. The main entrance comes directly from the outdoors parking area that is covered with a pergola. A second entrance is from the terrace in front of the house. This terrace is equipped with a dining table with an outdoors dining area and a couple of lounge chairs. Both entrances enter in an open plan space with a ding area for 6, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with a large window overlooking Santa Maria Bay and the beautiful rural landscape. The sitting area is equipped with flat screen Tv and a hi fi. A hall way connect this area with a full bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with queen size bed, a closet bed a patio door that exits to a balcony with unlimited views.
From the hallway stairs lead you up to the master bedroom with double bed, a closet,an en suite bathroom with shower, a ceiling fan and a private huge terrace with panoramic views.
The house has marble floors, wooden ceilings, all windows and doors have screens. The building is built with a bioclimatic technique that lets the air flow constantly and keeps cool temperature even the hotels days in the summer.
