Welcome at Nomikos Villas ...where the beauty of the Aegean Sea meets the magnificent view of Santorini.. Nomikos Villas have recently been renovated, in order to provide an unforgettable vacation to our guests, offering all the modern facilities, the spectacular view and of course the world’s famous “Magic Sunset”. The villas are able to accommodate 2, 4 or even 6 persons. We offer 6 rooms at the swimming pool area and 9 rooms with private balcony available to satisfy any request. 

Nomikos Villas is a unique complex of Studios, Suites and Apartments, consisting of 15 rooms overlooking the caldera rocks and is situated at Firostefani, which is a blessed and peaceful village with panoramic view of the volcano and which is located in a small distance of Fira, the island’s capital, where you can find many taverns, restaurants and stores with things that you might need

Nomikos Villas follows the Cycladic style -Traditional Caves- and the Villas are traditionally furnished.

Studio By the Pool

It consists of one bedroom with a double bed at the pool area, one bathroom (for 2 persons).

Apartment by the Pool

A. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, a living room with two sofa beds and one bathroom (for 2 - 4 persons).

B. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with two sofa beds and two bathrooms, (for 4 - 6 persons).

Superior Studio

It consists of one bedroom with double bed (some of them in loft, maisonette), one bathroom, private balcony or terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Volcano (for 2 persons)

Traditional Cave

A traditional style of Santorini’s famous architecture and it consists of a bedroom with double bed and a living room with one sofa bed, one bathroom (for 2 - 3 Persons)

Superior Suite

It consists of one bedroom with double bed, living room, balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea, the Volcano and the romantic sunset, elegant decoration Ideal for honeymooners, bathroom with bathtub, DVD player (for 2 Persons).

Swimming Pool and outdoor jacuzzi You can use the pool and jacuzzi from 11:00 to 20:00, promising to respect public rest times and  of course without having consumed considerable amount of alcohol. Diving and sun tan oils are not permitted. Towels are provided by the reception. Luggage We will be pleased to help you with your luggage at any time during the day, as long as you contact the Reception Desk, when needed. Internet We can provide you with a laptop with wireless internet connections capacity, which will allow you to surf the net at any time during the day. Safety Deposit Box All rooms are provided with a safety deposit box. We suggest all guests to use this service, as the hotel is not liable in the case of any personal item losses.

Breakfast Continental breakfast on your balcony, terrace or swimming pool area from 8:00 to 10:30. Please allow us 10 - 15 minutes for breakfast preparation.

Pool Bar Refreshments, coffees, and cocktails, throughout the day, either at the pool bar area or at your room, upon desired request.

For cancellations 23 days prior to arrival date no cancellation fee is charged.
Any cancellation made :
 

• 17-31 days prior 30% of the total cost of reservation.
• 4- 16 days prior 50% of the stay will be charged.
• 0 - 4 days prior 100% of the stay will be charged.

In case of no show or early departure 100% of the stay will be charged.
