Fanari Villas Hotel Restaurant is known for its creative dishes that are based on traditional Santorinian cuisine, with modern twist. These delectable meals can be accompanied by wonderful wines from Santorini, as well as other regions in Greece. Fanari Villas Santorini Hotel Restaurant operates from 13:00 to 23:00.

"Sun Spirit" Café-Bar

The pool bar is located on the pool cave, next to the sauna, and serves a wide variety of fresh juices, refreshments, cocktails, ice cream, and snacks, while you relax in the sun and gaze at the Caldera. Fanari Villas pool bar operates from 11:00 to sunset.

At the snack bar in the restaurant area, you can enjoy cool drinks, light lunches, sweets and snacks, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the volcano. A selection of Santorinian-style breakfast foods is available at the buffet that is set up every morning in the indoor area of the restaurant from 08:15 to 11:00. Located above Fanari Villas Hotel is the "Sun Spirit" Café-Bar; a superb spot to enjoy the Caldera view and to observe the sunset.
