Recently renovated to state of the art, Oia Mansion in Oia Santorini, retains its authentic Sea-Captain house glorious ambiance: ornamented facade, spacious living room, the vaulted ceilings, epoch chandeliers, hand-finished oak floors with the irregular size strips, rare antique furniture, Venetian mirrors etc.

The recent renovation incorporates in authentic yet contemporary manner the island’s finest traditional architectural elements.

Hand-finished “built-in” beds, sofas and tables in organic shapes, sculptured forms and fluid lines. Plastered walls recreate the caldera’s texture in colors ranging from bright white to earthly, elegant pastel hues.

Fine screeds on the floors, lime paints and lime washes on the interior and exterior walls, natural materials based on mineral hydraulic binders, mineral aggregates and coloured earths... .

All elements participate in a charming game of cosines', of comfort, discreet luxury and quiet sophistication!

Oia Mansion in Oia Santorini is a large luxury house by island standards, around four hundred square meters. Oia Mansion comprises five levels: ground floor, first floor, terrace, Jacuzzi level and basement.

Wireless internet access is available everywhere. Fully air-conditioned and centrally heated it is one of the very few luxury residences inhabitable all year round.

On The Ground Floor the Sea-Captain’s suite comes with high vaulted ceilings, king size “built-in” bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and veranda

Also on the ground floor next to the inner terrace Myrtalis’ suite features grout colored terracotta floor, Cycladic white textured walls, king size double bed, spacious wardrobe and en suite bathroom.Both rooms have direct access to the first floor and the terrace.

On the first floor Yvonne’s bedroom, apart from the vaulted ceiling, the “built in” double bed and textured Cycladic white walls, has its private balcony with stunning views of the sunset and the neighboring islands.

Also on the first floor, overlooking the inner yard, is Nicoletta’s bedroom. Apart from the textured Cycladic white walls, king size double bed, spacious wooden wardrobe, this room has two large windows that provide plenty of daylight.

Both rooms on the first floor are just a few steps away from the “take your breath away” terrace. The rooms share a common bathroom with a skylight window.

Oia Mansion can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms, according to the following three options: either in four double beds or in three double beds and two single beds or in two double beds and four single beds.

Dine in “royal” style in Oia Mansion’s dining room, or rather dining area as it is strategically located in the middle of the Living room, inner terrace and the Sea-Captain’s office.

The epoch furniture: the Georgian chandelier, the Venetian hand carved wooden cabinet and mirror, the large dining table that can be extended to seat up to ten persons, the elegant beige textured wall and the curved ceilings make you mentally participate in the majestic old time dinners.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

• To secure the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is to be due up to  Five working days after the booking date and the remaining 50% is due 23 days prior to arrival.
• The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to arrival.
• 01 October to 31 May: Cancellation free of charge up to 16 days prior to arrival and 50% of the total cost for 15 days or less.
• 01 June to 30 September: Cancellation free of charge up to 23 days prior to arrival and 50% of the total cost for 22 days or less.
• In case of No-Show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged
