Our in-house restaurant Alios Ilios, which translates to “the sun which rises and sets in the sea”, serves breakfast and dinner daily.
Alios Ilios has amazing specialties on the menu and it is a gastronomic highlight of the island that is open to all visitors.
The locally sourced ingredients from Santorini, the Cyclades islands and Crete, with some notable exceptions such as the gourmet meat and champagne, are carefully chosen and arrive straight to your table from the finest sources in the Mediterranean and beyond.
All our dishes are flexible; if you prefer vegetarian or vegan meals or have any dietary needs we will take care of your taste buds. The quality of our food is truly five-star; from the locally-sourced gourmet seafood and dazzling flavours in our salads to the traditional home-cooking with herbs from our gardens. We make sure you get the best Greek and Mediterranean cuisine during your stay.

Breakfast
Start your day with the most important meal and enjoy our breakfast menu at Alios Ilios. Open from 08:00 until 11.00, the breakfast buffet provides a wide variety of delicious cold delicacies inspired by Greek cuisine, accompanied by a la cart or specially made hot delicacies that you can order on the spot. Alios Ilios Restaurant is awarded by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels with the certificate "Greek Breakfast".
Snack Menu
From 11am to 6pm, our snack menu, served at the pool bar, is perfect for nibbles during the day. Try freshly squeezed fruit juices, a large variety of light cocktails and a great selection of signature and homemade snacks and breads, prepared each day.
Romantic bar
Head east to the Romantic bar right on the east edge of the pool bar and indulge your senses with the amazing sea view, cocktails and light, fresh snacks.
