History

Melathron in Greek means Palatial Mansion.

A 19th century mansion built by Michael Zannos, a master of the time, and an adjoined renaissance architecture villa built in 1750, both landmarks have been renovated and converted into a luxurious small Hotel, under the artistic supervision of Yiannis Tseklenis.

The Zannos Melathron Hotel situated on the highest level of the most picturesque settlement of Pyrgos village in Santorini.

Santorini is easily accessible via air and boat transportation.

The hotel is situated 5 km from Santorini airport and 6 km from Athinios port.

The Zannos Melathron Hotel consists of 10 luxurious Suites:

  • The Double Suites are for 2 persons and have Double Bedroom, Living Room and Bathroom with a bathtub.
  • The Senior Suites are for 3 persons and have Double Bedroom, a spacious Living Room and Bathroom with a bathtub.
  • The Superior Suites are for 4 persons. This Suite has a spacious Living Room, 2 Double Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with Bathtubs.
  • The Villa Zannos Suite has a Double Bedroom, Living Room, Bathroom with a bathtub, Sharing Cave Jacuzzi.
  • The Master Suite is for 6 persons. This Suite is situated privately in its own courtyard, has a spacious Living Room, 3 Double Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms with Bathtub.

Cancellation policy

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 16 days before confirmed arrival date on low season( 01/05-15/05 and 15/10-31/10 ) and 23 days during high ( 15/06-15/09) season.

  • Any cancellation made within 16 days during low season or 23 days during high season, before arrival date results to 50% charge of the stay.
  • In case of Non Show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
