In a quiet location on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea, Villa Alexia provides panoramic views of the sea, the famous Chrysopigi monastery and the surrounding islands. Even in the peak season, it is a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by verandas, olive trees and a small vineyard, though two of the most popular beaches on the island are also nearby.
The villa contains the main part of the house and the guest annex, consisting of a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which can accommodate up to seven guests. It was designed in 1995 by a renowned architect, Myrto Kostikas, who completely appreciated Sifnos's Cycladic tradition and used local craftsmen and materials. Its decor incorporates, along with many paintings and books, a combination of modern and antique furniture.
