With its swimming pool, Sea View Stone House is a spacious traditional house and offers the ideal getaway. Brunch on the poolside terrace, soak up the sun of the Greek island, relax, meditate and enjoy the unpolluted view of the mountains and sea. The house, although accessible by car and within walking distance from the fishing village of Faros, is completely isolated from traffic and other disturbances.

It is made up of two houses, suitable for families or a community of friends.A white-washed, conventional architectural house with two pergolas beside the pool is the main house.

Rooms

The guest-house is a fully renovated barn (themonia) of 85 m2 with apparent classic stone walls. It consists of two parts: - an apartment with one bedroom, a large common living room with two sofa-beds, bathroom and kitchen which sleeps at least 4 persons. - a separate studio with its own door, adjacent to the apartment that can sleep 2 persons and has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The guest-house can sleep 6 persons in total. If there are more than 6 guests, the guests will have access to the whole surface of 260 m2 which includes the main house, the renovated barn, pool, pergolas offering shadow and coolness, an inside atelier as well as an outdoor space which allows multiple vehicles to park. For up to 6 guests the renovated barn will be accessible upon request. A large pergola with an external shower sculptured in the original mountain rock and big verandas surround the house. The pool has a size of 47,5 m2 (10,5m x 4,5m) in rectangular form with sitting/lounge area.
