The House to rent is consisting of Two Completely Individual Apartments, one on the Ground Floor and one on the First Floor.

All the furniture and the appliances are brand new and of modern technology. Both Apartments have fully equipped Kitchens where you are welcome to try your hand at - why not Greek - home cooking !

II) Rez-de-Chaussee :

This Apartment on the Ground Floor is consisted of, lets say, three Units. Unit 1 : a Hall which leads to three Bedrooms and a Bathroom. Unit 2 : a big Living Room ( 23 sq. meters ) which includes the Kitchen. Unit 3 : a Bedroom with a WC which can accommodate 8 persons.

III) Upstairs :

The Apartment on the First Floor is consisted of 3 Bedrooms, a Bathroom and a Living Room with a Kitchen in it. It can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The House was built around 100 years ago. The last renovation finished on April 2000, providing to the customers facilities for a pleasant staying. The main concept of the renovation works was to maintain all authentic parts and respect the history of the House.

All the new additions were carefully chosen with special attention to quality. The main advantage of the House is its location. 100 meters faraway from the Harbor-side, built on the rocks by the sea, gives you the opportunity to dive from the Terrace if you are adventurous enough. Morning Shower has been replaced by the morning swim, which will just make your day.

Cleaning Services are provided once a week. Sheets and Towels are part of the facilities and changed twice a week.
