Double Guest Rooms
Our Double Deluxe rooms spread in 13 buildings of two floors (ground and upper floor). They feature either one double bed or two twin beds, a sofa bed (1,70 m) and a marble-lined bathroom with an extra shower cabin. The floor in all rooms is tiled. The majority of our double rooms have beautiful sea view.
Rooms located on the ground floor have a furnished terrace. Rooms located on the first floor have a furnished balcony.
Maximum occupancy: Two adults and a child up to 11,99 years old.
Room Dimensions: 32 sq.m.
Connecting Rooms are available.
Rooms with shared pool: A room with a shared pool is a room with direct access to a swimming pool from the room’s terrace. The pool may be shared among 3-6 guest rooms. In total, there are 42 rooms sharing 11 swimming pools.

Family Rooms
A Family Room is a unit with one bedroom for two adults, a bathroom, plus an extra space with two sofa beds (1,90 m each) for two children up to 11,99 years old. A sliding door separates the parents’ bedroom from the kids’ area. The entire floor is tiled.
The total unit area is 43 m2 (interior only). Family Rooms are located on the ground floor. All Family Rooms have a furnished terrace.
Minimum / Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children.
The Resort has 12 Family Rooms.

One-Bedroom Suites
The Suites are luxurious, ultra spacious units, each with one master bedroom, a living room, a marble-lined bathroom, a separate wc, a walk-in wardrobe and a private swimming pool.
All floor area is tiled. The total Suite area (interior only) is 63 m2.
All Suites are located on the ground floor and enjoy a large, furnished terrace with spectacular sea view.
Minimum / Maximum occupancy: Two (2) adults.
The Resort has three One-Bedroom Suites.

Villas
Resort has three luxurious villas, 120 sq.m. each, for Guests who wish to enjoy a villa experience within a resort setting. Each villa is an independent building, with two floors (ground level and upper level), with spectacular sea view and a private pool (36 m2).
Accommodation includes a master bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite marble-lined luxurious bathroom, a spacious living room and a large walk-in closet. Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to a furnished terrace and the villa’s private swimming pool. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor. On the upper floor is the second bedroom, a second bathroom, a wardrobe, and a large terrace. An exterior staircase leads from the terrace to the pool on the ground level. All villa floor is tiled.
All three villas are located at a breathing distance from the fabulous Helona beach. Villas can accommodate four persons (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).
