Located right on the waterfront, only 2 minutes by foot from the quiet fishing village of Mastichari and just 6 km from the International Kos airport (KGS) the hotel's location is definitely our biggest plus.

From our central position on Kos island discover its long sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, the idylic walking and bicycle riding routes, the traditional festivals, concerts and exhibitions together with the rich variety of nightlife, shopping and cultural sightseeing.

From Kos airport with a taxi to Mastichari approximately 8 minutes drive (15-20 EUR) or with the local bus approximately 15 minutes drive (2.90 EUR per person) and a further 2-3 minute walk until the hotel.

From Kos city harbour with a taxi to Mastichari approximately 20 minutes drive (27-30 EUR) or with the local bus approximately 30 minutes drive (2.90 EUR per person). The bus from Kos city stops right outside the hotel.

Main Restaurant Olive Tree

The Olive Tree restaurant is located on the first floor of the main building and offers a privileged, panoramic view over the garden, the sea and the sunset. You can also enjoy your meals at the open-air terraces under the cool breeze.

Here our chef and his talented culinary team offer you succulent creations, and delicacies enchanting you with aromas and flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Start your day full of energy with our large breakfast buffet and our freshly prepared pancakes and waffles in the show cooking corner, available from 7:30 till 10.35 (early breakfast possible 4:00-7:30).

Between 12:30 and 14:00 there is a salad-bar and lunch buffet while dinner rounds up a perfect day with rich buffet, an exquisite Greek corner with pure local recipes and show cooking from 18:30 to 21:30.

Taverna Kaiki

Our Greek taverna Kaiki directly on the waterfront invites you for pure enjoyment. Here you can fully admire the laid back atmosphere and you will be looked after with cool drinks and specialties before your afternoon siesta. From freshly cut salads and tasty snacks to delicious local dishes, the menu offers something for every taste and occasion.

Bars

Open from early in the morning with coffee, freshly squeezed juices, ice creams, fruit salads and cool beverages till late in the evening with groovy atmosphere and summer music hits our lively pool bar is the place to refresh yourselves during the sunny days or have fun under the moonlight.

When the sun sets relax at the terrace bar with a perfectly mixed cocktail or a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy the marvelous view of the horizon. Whatever your choice we always offer you the most enchanting setting.

Farm

Our farm, a few hundred meters away from the hotel, produces a large variety of fruits and vegetables which, in part, accommodate the needs of our hotel's guests. We use an organic, environmentally friendly cultivation method free of chemical pesticides, fertilisers and hormones. You will enjoy the fresh daily harvest and its top quality taste and flavour at our restaurants and bars.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet at the Olive Tree restaurant accompanied by various alcoholic and alcohol free drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, juices etc.)

At the 2 bars various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, long drinks, spirits, liquers, one cocktail per day, soft drinks, water, juices, filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate etc.) are served from morning until 23:00 in the evening accompanied by cakes and cookies, various snacks, fresh seasonal fruits, as well as ice cream for all our guests (in specific times during the day).
