At the Olympic Palace, the quality of the F&B services are amongst our top priorities. We carefully select our suppliers, prioritize purchases from the local economy using the freshest ingredients on the market and apply the latest standards in food preparation and hygiene as per our ISO: 22000 certification (HACCP). Our guests will be pleasantly surprised with the friendly and attentive service in our two wonderful restaurants & four well equipped bars, ensuring there is always a cosy spot to dine or simply sit and relax enjoying a classic cocktail or beverage of choice.
Elaia Main Restaurant
Located on the hotel’s ground level and next to the lobby, our main restaurant has a stylishly design with soothing colors, fine designer furniture and elevated sections with bamboo wooden floors. Serves rich American breakfast buffet with a separate corner for the world renowned Greek Breakfast as well as an enriched buffet during lunch & dinner including dietary and healthy options. Four themed nights and show cooking sessions are available every week showcasing some of the most popular cuisines around the world.
Aquamarine a la carte Restaurant
Located on the hotel’s first floor and adjacent to the swimming pools, the Aquamarine a la carte Restaurant offers a fine dining a la carte venue inspired by the region’s culinary heritage, serving sophisticated Mediterranean & International dishes. The relaxing atmosphere, the first class service and the sophisticated cuisine accompanied by a careful selection of premium domestic & international wines and champagnes, create an idyllic setting for a romantic or family dinner.
Aquamarine Snack Bar
Located on the hotel’s first floor and adjacent to the pools, the Aquamarine Snack Bar serves late continental breakfast, snacks, a la carte brunch or lunch meals as well as frosty cocktails, freshly prepared milkshakes, coffees and a wide variety of beverages in a modern, informal and casual atmosphere. A very cosy venue to enjoy your lunch or beverages in a vibrant atmosphere just footsteps from the pools.
Pool Bar
For those who prefer to stay by the swimming pools, the pool bar offers the ideal spot to relax and socialize. It is located in one of the large swimming pools and next to the animation corner where all activities take place. Serving a wide variety of beverages, frosty coffees & cocktails, this is probably the most popular meeting point for making new friends.
Lounge Bar
Located on the ground floor next to the lobby area, our lounge bar is the ideal spot for an aperitif prior to your dinner or for a relaxing drink later on in the evening. The fine selection of soothing colours flawlessly blend in with the luxurious wallpapers, tiled walls and soft touches of electric blue emerging in the background, creating a truly remarkable and stylish surrounding. The lounge bar also features comfortable sofas and large armchairs as well as a library with a wide choice of books that are free for use to all guests. Once a week during the mid & high season guests will be delighted to see a live piano or Saxophone night organised, further enhancing the existing classy and romantic atmosphere.
Eclipse Champagne Bar
Located on the first floor and open late in the evening, our exclusive Eclipse champagne bar is not only popular for its’ signature champagne cocktails created by a well known mixologist in Greece but also for its stylish indoor & outdoor seating with an amazing large veranda offering astonishing panoramic views of the coastal area. Eclipse indoors offers a livelier atmosphere while outdoors it transforms into a truly romantic venue to have an intimate evening under the tones of bossa nova & jazz tunes.
Aquasia Roof Top Bar
Located on the top floor of the hotel (8th floor), Aquasia Roof Top bar, decorated in luminescent blue lighting reflecting the blue waters of Ixia’s bay, is renowned for its’ breath taking panoramic view that stretches all the way to Asia’s coastline. This is the ultimate spot to catch Ixia’s astonishing sunset during the evening in a very quiet & relaxing atmosphere, while later on the evening Aquasia transforms into a vibrant meeting place where all the animation shows take place. During the mid & high season, various live music & dance nights get organised at least 3 times a week.
