The highly qualified chefs have imagination and enthusiasm and a diverse
approach to their menus. While respecting their Greek tradition and the aromatic
influences from Asia Minor, they seek a broader balance without limitation;
always eager to fly a new combination of ingredients and flavours to widen their
already impressive repertoire.
However, like all reputable chefs these days, they acknowledge that high
quality fresh raw ingredients are the essential basis to a good meal; they
understand that often only very subtle enhancement is enough to give a dish
individuality.
Restaurants:
An open air A La Carte restaurant with views to the Lindos bay. Our guests can
enjoy light lunches and romantic dinners with flavours of Mediterranean based on
fresh ingredients.
Breakfast:
Breakfast a la carte, is served alfresco on your terrace, or in the privacy of
your room. Please tell us if you
have any special dietary preferences so that we can be of assistance and cater
accordingly.
