Open: May to October... Sivota is famous for it’s wonderful sunsets which can be enjoyed while relaxing by the pool or balcony of each villa.

The complex is situated just 50 metres from the beach in a quiet green cove, yet conveniently located only 600 metres from the picturesque harbour of Sivota.

Karvouno Villas is a 5 star caliber Luxury Complex constructed in stone by expert craftsmen and has just 3 villas in total on a large parcel of land enabling plenty of privacy between each villa .

The two large villas are able to accommodate as many as 7-10 people.  The smaller villa sleeps 4-5 guests. Each villa has it’s own pool and extensive exterior gardens, outdoor dining and lounge areas, all offering magical sea views.  The villas may be booked individually or as a whole exclusively for groups up to 25 people.

Karvouno Villas is located on Karvouno Beach, Sivota, Thesprotia , 600 metres from the harbour of Sivota.

The port of Igoumenitsa is 25 kilometres from Sivota and has daily crossing to the Italian ports of Brindisi, Bari, Ancona and Venice. Arrival by plane would be either from Aktio/Preveza, Corfu or Ioannina.

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is cancelled:

  • 45 days prior arrival ,the deposit is refundable.
  • 44- 21 days prior arrival ,50% of the deposit is refundable.
  • 20 days prior arrival , non amount is refundable
  • In case of NO SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE 100% cancellation fees (total stay cost)
