Types of accommodation:
Studios
Studios consist of one room, have a fully- equipped kitchenette and overlook the sea and the beautiful green lawns. Studios have a double bed or twin beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. Some studios can accommodate an additional 3rd person should you request it. Also, we have interconnecting studios for families who want to have their children close by. Furthermore, we have 2 studios that are suitable for disabled people, which are located on the ground floor. These studios are spacious, have twin beds and can accommodate an additional 3rd person should you request it. These studios have an en suite bathroom with shower and a balcony that overlooks the back of the Hotel and the beautiful green lawns.
Apartments
Apartments consist of an open plan sitting area with 2 sofa beds (single beds) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. They have a fully- equipped kitchenette in the open plan sitting area and an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. Most of our apartments overlook the sea and the beautiful green lawns. Some of our apartments can accommodate an additional 5th person should you request it. We also, have a maisonette that is a mezzanine type apartment and has 2 single beds in the lounge and stairs up to the double bed. The maisonette has a fully- equipped kitchenette in the lounge and an en suite bathroom with shower. The maisonette has a veranda that overlooks the sea and the beautiful green lawns.
Superior Studios
Overlooking the amazing beach of Avlaki and the beautiful green lawns of your hotel, the recently renovated Superior Studios of Bella Mare are the ideal choice for a truly relaxing holiday in Corfu. The Superior Studios consist of one room with a double bed or twin beds and a brand-new bathroom with bathtub or shower. Some Superior Studios can accommodate an additional 3rd person should you request it. Interconnecting studios for families who want to have their children close by, are also available. The Superior Studios also provide a fully-equipped kitchenette, a private balcony or veranda and a sitting room.
Superior Apartments
The brand-new Superior Apartments of Bella Mare offer a bedroom with a double bed and an open plan sitting area with 2 sofa beds and are ideal for families. Most of them cherish great views to the Ionian and the beautiful green lawns of the hotel, from the private balcony or veranda. They have a fully- equipped kitchenette in the open plan sitting area and a recently renovated en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. Some of the Superior Apartments can accommodate an additional 5th person should you request it.
Corfu Villas
In May 2003, 2 luxury villas were built that are furnished with modern furniture of the finest quality. Both villas are surrounded by beautiful gardens and each of them has a private swimming pool.Each Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning in every room, spacious gardens and a swimming pool.They both have a different entrance than the hotel`s one and of course an unbelievable view.
Villa Georgia: The views from Georgia`s terraces encompass the whole of the sweeping bay of Avlaki itself, which offers a dinghy sailing and windsurfing school and the coastal countryside beyond. All of the ground floor rooms open onto a large shaded terrace, from which several steps lead down to the pool and barbecue area. This beautiful house offers excellent accommodation and comfortable, attractive furnishings throughout.
Villa Eva: Set on the tip of the beautiful headland to the north end of Avlaki beach, accessed by an unmade track (and adjacent to Georgia), the pool virtually hangs over the sea with views from Avlaki itself to the green headland opposite with hidden coves and out across the channel to Albania and the distant mountains.
The house itself offers extensive terraces with both sun and shade and is well-equipped including a built in barbecue. The villa is very attractively and comfortably furnished in a predominantly modern style, in cool, neutral tones. Together with nearby Villa Georgia, Villa Eva could accomodate a party of up to 12 persons wishing to holiday in privacy but close to each other.
