Access is most facilitated by the fact that the only island linked to the Greek mainland by a bridge is Lefkada (Lefkas).

Our restaurant with its great menu, attentive service and the view to die for is an excellent choice to make your dinner truly special.  Mare e Monti has many different dining areas suitable for any occasion or time of the day.

One can enjoy a light snack or lunch on the terrace, have coffee in the shaded lounge or an evening meal on the wooden deck overlooking the bay.

By airplane:

Domestic flights arrive from the Thessaloniki Macedonia International Airport, and from the Airports of Corfu, Kefalonia, Zakynthos and Crete to the Aktion – Preveza International Airport (PVK).

By bus:

5 of 6 daily routes depart from Athens (5:30 hours). Telephones: Athens +30 210 5150 108, Lefkada +30 26450 22364. There are also bus routes from the cities of Thessaloniki, Patra, Ioannina, and Igoumenitsa.

By car:

Athens – Lefkada: 385 km via toll stations of Aspropyrgos, Corinth, and Rion. In Rion you choose either to cross the bridge or to board a ferry boat across to Antirrion. From there you follow the road to Agrinio, Amfilohia, Vonitsa, and from there finally to Lefkada (4:30 hours).
Thessaloniki – Lefkada: 420 km, via Kozani, Grevena, Ioannina, Preveza, Aktion, and Lefkada (4 hours).
Igoumenitsa – Lefkada: 120 km, via Preveza, Aktion, and Lefkada (1:15 hours).
