The villa lies at a wonderful location, called Akrotiri, on a hill over the city of Zakynthos Town. The natural beauty of the landscape harmonizes perfectly with the exceptional high-standard hospitality in a place as familiar as home. With respect to the special architecture of the island, the villa is decorated with elegant antiques, Venetian 19th-century furniture, gravures and furniture that combine delicate luxury and modern style.

All individual verandas of the rooms provide a breathtaking view to the Ionian Sea, Cephalonia and Peloponnese.

One of the most beautiful and inspiring places in Zakynthos

Akrotiri is a suburb of Zakynthos Town. Extending throughout an elongated hill at the north side of Bochali. It is full of olive trees, orchards and gardens. In the past, it has accommodated many of the island nobles and their mansions (Stranis, Sigouros, Solomos, Loutzis etc).
The poet Ugo Foscolo, in one of his letters, reports that it is one of the most beautiful and inspiring places and had expressed his wish to live all his life there.
The villa is located 2.5 km away from the city of Zakynthos, 500 m from the sea and about 6 km away from the airport. The Venetian castle is within walking distance along with the manor of the national Greek poet, Dionisios Solomos, at Stranis Hill, where Solomos composed the Hellenic National Anthem.
There is a nearby beach that is in walking distance from the villa and it will take you about 15 minutes to reach it. There is also an organized sandy beach only 2.5 km away in Tsilivi resort about 5 minutes with car. As for restaurants and shops, you can find all you need in Tsilivi and in Zakynthos town.

In Zakynthos can be reached by Ferry boat, one hour ride from the port of Kyllini, and by plane, in about 40 minutes from Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport of Athens , with frequent flights to Zakynthos International Airport. There are also numerous charter flights, from many European & International Cities, reaching the island every day during the summer.

As an alternative to the flight, guests that arrive in Athens International Airport, can use a mini van, a car, a luxury car,or a limousine for the transfer to Zakynthos. (Total drive time is approximately 2 ½ hours plus 1 hour ferry ride).

Mini van, car, luxury car, are also available in Zakynthos giving you the chance to explore every secret and romantic corner of the island.
The property is only 2.5 km away from the port & 6 km away from Zakynthos International Airport and complimentary transfer service is available.

• Credit card deposit: 35% deposit or wire bank transfer is required is needed to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance should be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations completed later than 30 days prior to arrival require 100% deposit .
• All rates are per night include continental breakfast and applicable when booking a minimum 3 nights stay except July and August which is 7 nights stay.
• Rates are quoted in Euro and include tax of Government, Municipality of Zakynthos & service charge.

• If a booking has been cancelled 30 days before arrival no cancellation fees are charged except the ones about administration fees and the credit card expenses.
• If a booking has been cancelled 22-29 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
• If a booking has been cancelled 14-21 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
•  If a booking has been cancelled 13 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
•  In case of non-show or early departure the cancellation fee is 100% of the total reservation amount.
