Villa Alkyone: A 110m2 villa of one master bedroom with king size bed and two bedrooms with two twin size beds. It has an open-plan sitting room, fireplace and kitchen with French windows to sea-facing yard. The Villa has two bathrooms each with bathtub. It has a private yard 60m2 with dining furniture and sundecks.

Villa Nefeli: A 90m2 villa of an open-plan sitting room with two divans and kitchen with French windows to sea-facing patio ; short flight of stairs leading to a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two twin size beds. It also has two bathrooms one with bathtub.

Villa Clio: A 90m2 villa of an open-plan sitting room with two divans, fireplace and kitchen with French windows to sea-facing patio; short flight of stairs leading to a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin size beds. It also has a bathroom with bathtub.

Villa Phaedra: A two-level 90m2 villa of a living/dining with fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with king size bed, fireplace and en-suite luxury bathroom. On second level a bedroom with two twin size beds, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have panoramic large verandas with dining furniture and sea-view. The villa could be combined with villa Ariadne.

Villa Ariadne: A honeymoon villa of 65m2 includes a master bedroom with king size bed, a living/dining room with two divans, and a fireplace. It features French windows leading to a large veranda with dining furniture and panoramic sea view. Also a luxury bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin both. The villa could be combined with Villa Phaedra.

Villa Iris: A 45m2 villa includes a master bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and an open plan sitting room with two divans and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has a private yard with dining furniture, sundeck and a unique sea-view.
