The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel in a single area
covering 240 m² and has the capacity to accommodate 200 guests. The area can
also be divided into two separate halls, namely the AMBROSIA and the
ESPERIDES halls, according to the clients’ needs.
The chef suggests that you sample the flavors of Greek, Italian and French
cuisine, available in the large variety of delicacies, hors d’ oeuvres and
sweets, as well as all kinds of charcoal grilled meat on offer.
The Margarita Café-Bar on the hotel ground floor is open everyday,
offering all kinds of coffee and drinks in a superb environment.
Breakfast is served everyday between 7:00 and 10:30 am in the
Ambrosia hall where you will find a plentiful American-style buffet
The hotel’s luxurious Roof Garden opens during the summer months, offering a
spectacular view of the surrounding lush mountains and giving a different aspect
to the night. Here guests can taste the restaurant’s specialties or try the
drinks and ice-creams that the bar serves.
