Lingos Hotel

Hotel Lingos is located at the centre of the magnificent town of Florina, at the G. Modi central square. Using it as a starting point, you can visit the natural beauties of the area, such as the peaceful lakes of Prespes, the traditional mountain Nimfeo, the modern Ski Centre of Vigla.

The name "Lingos" derives from the ancient King Lingos of the Makedonian dynasty "Lyngistes", who along with Alexander the Great, glorified the Macedonian and Greek spirit all around the world at that time known. In the area of Florina, two major cities were located: Irakleia and Lingistida.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel in a single area covering 240 m² and has the capacity to accommodate 200 guests. The area can also be divided into two separate halls, namely the AMBROSIA and the ESPERIDES halls, according to the clients’ needs.

The chef suggests that you sample the flavors of Greek, Italian and French cuisine, available in the large variety of delicacies, hors d’ oeuvres and sweets, as well as all kinds of charcoal grilled meat on offer. The Margarita Café-Bar on the hotel ground floor is open everyday, offering all kinds of coffee and drinks in a superb environment.

Breakfast is served everyday between 7:00 and 10:30 am in the Ambrosia hall where you will find a plentiful American-style buffet

The hotel’s luxurious Roof Garden opens during the summer months, offering a spectacular view of the surrounding lush mountains and giving a different aspect to the night. Here guests can taste the restaurant’s specialties or try the drinks and ice-creams that the bar serves.
