We had positive expectations regarding the hotel, in view of the accommodation derscription and other references published on the web. Unfortunately, the room we were offered was not up to the standard envisaged in our booking (Family Suite Ultra). The bathroom was in an extremely run down condition, and there were things that needed repair. The wi-fi signal was extremely poor and unstable.
In addition we witnessed guests who whose behaviour was unacceptable (raging over rules for using the sunbeds, or simply being too noisy), and who offended staff and disturbed other guests, while the hotel management could not interfere. This made part of the stay quite unpleasant. Such guests should be denied access in future.
On the positive side, most staff were polite and friendly, which, in part, made up for other negative things. The animators were inventive and had something interesting to offer every day.
