Xenios Anastasia Resort & SPA is located on the shore of the Aegean Sea, 3 km from the nearest fishing village and away from other hotels. Our hotel offers 115 spacious, cozy rooms of different categories. You can choose a room with a view of the azure endless sea or rest your eyes on the panorama of emerald green mountains strewn with pine trees.  

The hotel has two bars, where you can enjoy refreshing cocktails throughout the day on Ultra All-Inclusive basis. In the restaurant you will enjoy a variety of Mediterranean, Greek and International dishes. SPA area features a heated pool with Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and treatments for face and body. If you prefer workout exercise, Xenios Anastasia Resort & SPA  has two tennis courts and a gym, open from 9:00am till 9:00pm. For the younger guests Xenios Anastasia Resort offers Kids Club, where your child can prove himself an artist, actor or a dancer at the evening children's disco.

DELUXE SUITE

Deluxe Suite with amazing Sea View is recommended for Luxury Exclusive Accommodation and a Romantic Holiday. Spacious Deluxe Suite features a bedroom with a king size bed, and a living room with a cozy sitting area. Rooms are decorated in natural colors and furnished in classic style. Spacious veranda overlooking the sea equipped with sunbeds will be your favorite spot, where you can relax and enjoy such a privilege as «Excellence Club». The guests of Deluxe Suite can have their breakfast in their luxury room or on a private veranda. All the Suites have sea view, king size bed, private veranda, bathrobes and slippers. 
One gazebo on the beach is provided for the guests of Deluxe Suites for the whole stay free of charge.

JUNIOR SUITE

Junior Suite is situated on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the sea and leading to the garden. It offers space for kids, while parents can enjoy the sunset with exotic cocktails or a glass of Greek wine on the terrace of the suite.

SUPERIOR ROOM

Modern rooms with maximum capacity for 4 persons feature a double bed and a comfortable sofa. Due to excellent design of the rooms, families with a child would be conveniently accommodated there.

STANDARD ROOM

Modern rooms with maximum capacity for 3 persons for standard cozy accommodation.  For the romantic couples Sea View Room will be the best choice. Mountain View Room overlooks green mountains strewn with emerald pines of Halkidiki.

LIMITED VIEW

New modern rooms of high standard were built in 2015. These rooms feature a lovely veranda with a limited Mountain View. It is a great choice of budget accommodation in a five star hotel.

The hotel reception is at your service 24h a day where you can rent tablet to serve your needs or have your luggage taken care of 24h a day. POOL BAR
Give in to the summer breeze at the Pool Bar area and let your senses be carried away by the majestic natural colors of the mountains and the aura of the sea, where cold drinks, cocktails and snacks are served. Hours: 9:00-01:00

TOWELS
Please, do not use bath towels on the beach for hygiene reasons. There are beach towels available at the Spa area with a 10€ deposit. You can change used towels for fresh ones every second day. On the day of your departure, please, bring the towel back and get your 10€ deposit back.

BEACH
The sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge for the hotel guests.

BEACH GAZEBO 
Your unique private hideaway situated right on the water’s edge is perfect for a company of 4 for unforgettable beach holidays. The guests of our Deluxe Suites will have one beach gazebo inclusive in the room rate in the lush hotel gardens. Spend lazy days by the sea, shelter under the shade of the gazebo and enjoy a cocktail while overlooking the soft waves and the scenery. Beach gazebo can be rented by the guests of other room types for 20 euro a day.

SPA/GYM
A specially designed area with the latest exercise equipment
is at your disposal. Facilities such as heated Jacuzzi – Pool, Sauna, Hamam (Turkish bath), Massage, Beauty salon are ready to provide you unforgettable experience of  Wellness and Relaxation in the SPA area.

A good day starts with a good morning. Begin your day with a rich breakfast between 7:30 and 10:00 and Breakfast continental 10:00-11:00.

In case of an early departure, please inform the Reception Desk one day prior so you could have a lunch bag ready early in the morning.

You can enjoy a delicious buffet style meal in the main Restaurant “Elia” from 12:30 till 14:00. At the same time we offer A La Carte menu served at the pool bar area from 12:00 till 15:00 daily

• DINNER

The Chef of our hotel has prepared exquisite dishes in buffet
style in Elia Restaurant.  Dinner is served from 19:30 till 21:30. Gourmet dishes accompanied by a fine selection of local wine will astonish you.
