The Classic Villas were built in 1988, the modern in 1997, and the neoclassic in 1998. The villas are situated 300 - 1000 m from the sea and built in a natural, dense pinewood with landscaped gardens of exclusive use. They are separate, luxurious, two-level maisonettes of 100 and 70 m2 with:
