Every residence has its own private covered parking space. For a better convenience, you will be given a personal remote control so you can enter & exit whenever you want.
Shopping
In our effort to cover your every little need, we offer you the service of remote shopping. The nearest mini market available is approximately 400 meters away from our facilities. However, in case of not finding what you want or not being able to leave from our facilities, we can offer you this convenient service. Just make a list of products and let us handle the rest!

Cleaning
Your apartment is being cleaned every day. Cleaning service is usually provided from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm but you can always inform us regarding the most suitable time for you.
