We had a room with no wi-fi working (not working even outside the room and in all the building), we asked to fix it but nothing happened The cost of the room shown on the door was Euro 50,00 + 8,00 PP for breakfast and 20,00 PP for dinner that give a daily cost of 106; For four days the total is Euro 424,00 and not of 545,60 that is what I paid, so or the room I had was wrong or…..?? The day I checked out I left 2 luggages in a small room the lady of the front desk told me to use and where there were others luggage from other client; nobody was controlling the room and when I recover my stuff somebody open 1 luggage and stole a pair of shoes and a bag from it. Talking about the restaurant, at moment of check in the front desk gave us a kind of letter saying which dress code to use to enter the restaurant but the fact is that almost nobody was respecting it and shorts and open shoes were the real dress code; there was always a blond lady at the entrance of the restaurant that was supposed to control all, but she really didn't. It would be nice to have at least a decent answer to the fact described above. Thank you +39 3389365887
