Ammouda Villas is taking full advantage of its unique position, with the garden of the resort being  just a few yards from the vast sand beach; it offers limitless view of the sapphire sea, the port of Ormos Panagias and the Mount Athos Peninsula. The evergreen exterior spaces, the vast terraces and the large openings only begin to describe the sensation, complemented by the air of comfort, luxury and classy taste in the interior of the villas. The villas can accommodate up to 8 people (6 for the Ground Floor) and they feature bright bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. Ammouda Villas are open throughout the year to make your family vacation more appealing and dreamy than ever!

Ammouda Villas is just 10m from Trani Ammouda or Livrochio, one of the biggest beaches of Sithonia region, right outside Agios Nikolaos and really close to Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou. It is an amazing sand beach with clean, sapphire waters. At the northern part of the beach, in the small cape, there are the ruins of a Byzantine tower, which was probably part of a monastery. It is worth taking a walk up to this location, and explore the place by enjoying the view of the beach and the Mount Athos Gulf. At the port of Ormos Panagias, 1000m from Ammouda Villas, you can find fish shops where they sell fresh fish daily supplied by local fishermen. The area of Sithonia, Halkidiki is ideal for exploration and trekking tours. Moreover, you can take the boat from the Ormos Panagias and have the tour of Mount Athos peninsula. Last but not least, you can visit the Agios Arsenios and Timios Prodromos Monastery, at 10km distance in Metamorfosi, as well as the Monastery of Panagia at Ormilia.

THE VILLAS

Ammouda Villas will capture your heart from the first sight, with their large balconies and the spacious furnished verandas where you can relax with your family and enjoy the view and the sea breeze.

Their architectural style follows clear-cut lines and is also applied in the interior design, which is well-balanced between the classic and the modern luxury, full of earthly colors and an interesting decorative touch.

Each of the 5 villas features its own personality, but they all offer the same infrastructures and amenities: on the ground level, there is a single spacious living room, featuring the dinning table and the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also comes with a dishwasher. This level also features a WC. In the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each) offer a unique view of the Trani Ammouda bay and the evergreen garden of the resort. All villas feature air-condition units, ceiling fans in all rooms and the terrace on the ground floor, flat-screen TV, dvd player, HiFi systems, hair dryer, ventilators, while guests get free wi-fi and free parking for 2 cars per villa.

In all our villas you shall find personal care packaging in every bathroom while in every kitchen, Greek traditional products & fruits are provided. Our villas include a safe and an iron is provided upon request.

Our business, guided by our environmental awareness, strives to conserve energy and protect the environment in every way possible so we change bed linen and towels every three days unless you require otherwise. The shower curtains are replaced each time a new guest enters the accommodation. Also, we provide a beach towel free of charge for the entire duration of the client's stay.

But the list of amenities offered in Ammouda Villas does not end here. Each villa can boost its guest capacity by 2 persons (6+2). Next to the main entrance of each villa there is a guest room available, a small studio which features its own separate entrance, a double bed and bathroom, and all the amenities such as: flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan, refrigerator and equipment for coffee. The Guest room is available with an extra charge.

GROUND FLOOR VILLA

The Ground Floor Villa complies with the same, sophisticated design and luxury imperatives, as the other villas of the resort, but it does not have the structure of a condo. All its rooms (60m2 total surface) are in the same level: one master bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and one single, big space with fully equipped kitchen (Νo dishwasher & washing machine) and living room, where the sofa can turn into a double bed. Ground Floor Villa can host up to 4-6 persons. Other features include the flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan and fridge.

Ammouda Villas are designed to be autonomous, luxury holiday residences, offering all the required infrastructures and amenities in both the interior and exterior premises.

Take advantage of the big, furnished terraces and relax any time of the day,enjoy your favorite TV shows on our TVs with access to various satellite channels, enjoying free wi-fi and of course free parking. The kitchen rooms are fully equipped and functional (with dishwasher and refrigerator) so that you can prepare your meals. Cut fresh salads from our vegetable garden and eat fresh eggs from our henhouse. Even in winter, our villas are suitably designed to match the winter scenery. Chill out in front of the fireplace over a coffee or a drink in the serenity of the area.

However, the biggest attraction of Ammouda Villas is no other than the vast, virgin beach of Trani Ammouda, just a few yards from the garden of the resort. Our guests can enjoy free umbrellas and beach chairs throughout the day, beach volley court, as well as sea canoe.

Pet friendly* villas where pets are housed in a specially designed area, with a maximum weight of 5 kg. The care and attention of the animals lies on the exclusive civil and legal responsibility of their owners.

* It is forbidden to let dogs on the beach in front of the villas.

For your convenience, we are more than happy to answer any question that may occur. The order will be arranged by us, so that you do not have trouble communicating in other language or spending time searching what is suitable for you. Car rent / Rent-a-car: If you are interested in renting a car and exploring the beautiful area of Sithonia, we can make it happen with just a phone call.

Boat rentals: Fishing is a fun and relaxing hobby that many of us enjoy. But even if fishing is not your type of activity, you can just rent a boat and sail along the peninsula of Chalkidiki or even visit the unique island of Diaporos located right next to Chalkidiki!

Water sports: Are you the extreme-sports type of person and want to feel the adrenaline rush? We can easily fulfil your need, just let us know! Jet skis, seabobs (new technology), sub-wings, water tubes, banana, SUP, trampoline and other activities are available! All you have to do is just inform us to arrange your request!

Diving: The underwater world of the Aegean Sea is full of magnificent and fascinating sceneries. You might be interested in exploring and seeing up close this beautiful life with your own eyes!

Horse-riding: Trani Ammouda is an ideal territory for horse riding. Whether you prefer riding on the beach or up the hills we can arrange it for you!

Taxi–service: Transport to and from the Airport of Macedonia is available. Travelling to different locations by taxi is also available!
