The Hotel's Main Restaurant "Ambrosia" is a
showcase of great design, with a beamed ceiling that is nearly seven metres
high, rich cherry wood and creamy marble. Huge windows open onto a sweeping
terrace and views of the lush gardens, cascading waterfall and pool. An open
kitchen allows the delicious aromas to waft through the airy Restaurant,
enticing Guests to savour the fare. A team of Chefs fire up the burning oven and
charcoal grill to turn out specialties that are entirely based on what's in
season and what's in the local market.
A superb selection of wines chosen from the fantastic array of local vineyards
including a fine selection of Italian and Spanish vintages, complement the
seasonal ingredients. Stargazers will enjoy alfresco dining on the vast terrace
that overlooks the pool and gardens - perfect for balmy Mediterranean evenings.
Breakfast offers a charming, home-style buffet replete with hand-made Greek and
European cheeses, flaky pastries and eggs, cooked any style on the spot. A
three-course Lunch menu offers a Meze buffet, choice of Entrée and a selection
of European and Greek desserts from a central table - a perfect option for the
business executive who is pressed for time.
Ambrosia seats 128 Guests indoors and is open for Breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00,
for Lunch from 12:30 to 16:00, and for Dinner from 19:30 to 01:00.
" Oceana " Poolside Restaurant captures the
feeling of a Greek vacation, serving freshly caught seafood cooked on an open
charcoal grill. A shaded canopy, frosty drink or ice cream offers respite from
the summer heat. Oceana seats 120 Guests and is open daily during the warm
months (of which there are many) from 10:00 to 20:00.
Centrally set in the impressive Lobby, the Lobby Lounge
allows Guests to gaze upon all the drama and buzz of the Hotel. Spectacular
windows overlook the gardens and bathe the lounge in sunlight. During the
sun-drenched days and balmy evenings, the Terrace is the place to sip a cool
drink, aromatic blended coffee or fragrant tea.
Unique sandwich wraps, sublime fresh-fruit tarts and honey-sweetened pastries
are specialties. For a lazy afternoon, informal meeting or a pre-dinner drink,
the bar serves up icy cocktails, mocha frappés and classic blended spirits.
The Lobby Lounge seats 72 Guests Indoors and is open daily from 11:00 to 02:00.
The Regency Club Lounge is exclusive for Regency Club Guests
only. Indoor and outdoor seating is available with beautiful views of the
extensive gardens and grounds. Relaxed comfortable seating is available in the
different seating arrangements throughout the lounge. A reading area with
newspapers and magazines provided, while other Guests can relax in a residential
surrounding. Separate Television system and background music is available in the
lounge to enhance the totally relaxed atmosphere. A Boardroom is available for
private Meetings for approximate 10 people.
Continental Breakfast will be served from the self-service buffet, with fresh
coffee and tea. All day coffee, tea and other beverages are available. During
the evening hours snacks, hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be
served.
The Regency Club Guests will be able to serve themselves, to speed up the
service sequence. Regency Club Concierges will be available to assist Guests
with their Food & Beverage requirements and other service requirements.

Lively and casual, the Entertainment Centre is a magnet for

Adjacent to the Convention Centre with a direct outside entrance, the
Entertainment Centre leads out onto an expansive terrace - a great setting for
enjoying drinks and snacks during warm evenings.
The menu ranges from Internationally influenced tapas style dishes, daily
specialties, baskets of hand-cut French fries and onion rings - all which all
can be enjoyed with a cool draft beer from the Bar. As the evening grows late
the menu expands to a variety of popular International snack foods.
The beverage service will come from the centrally located island Bar of the
Entertainment Centre. The young and energetic members of the staff will serve
