We had to change the room since it turned out that those with the mountain view are totally different and much, much worse than those with the sea view. It was very misleading since the first rooms certainly do not meet the 5-stars standard. Once we did it, everything has been great, the service was excellent, an the same for food, for the spa facilities and the entire place.
