Using natural materials, such as stone and wood, the owners created 6 luxurious stone houses, ten meters far from the beach side, placed at the most beautiful suburb of Kalamata, Mikri Mantineia.

The right use of the modern technology and traditional architecture, followed by the owners, resulted in the high quality of the stone residences that are fully harmonised with the natural beauty of Messinian Mani.

The Luxury Houses Complex "VIP Lounge Resort" is located at the beach of Mikri Mantineia at the Municipality of Kalamata in Messinia.

Mikri Mantineia, a location of summer houses, is situated at a distance of 7 km. from the centre of the town of Kalamata, which - after Patras- is the second largest city of the Pelopponese counting on approximately 70,000 inhabitants.

It is a modern town with excellent infrastructure.

The morphology of the area, that is, Mount Taygetus - one of the most beautiful mountains of Greece- in combination with the large, natural beaches not only within the boundaries of Kalamata, but also in the Messinian Gulf, with waters ideal for holidays, compose a scenery of unrivalled beauty.

All along the beach, visitors can find restaurants, taverns, night-clubs, cafeterias as well as many clubs scattered in a distance of 17 km from Kalamata to the small harbor of Kitries in the Municipality of Avia.

Posideon Four bedroom luxury villa (180 sq. meters, on three levels, sleeps 8+2 people). Master bedroom, bedroom with king size bed and twin bedded bedroom. Play room - Studio (60 sq) with 2 sofa-beds. Two bathrooms with hydromassage.

Dimitra Two bedroom villa (100 sq. meters, on two levels, sleeps 4+2 people). Master bedroom with king size bed and twin bedded bedroom. Two bathrooms with hydromassage.

VIP LOUNGE Resort complex is not responsible for any loss of valuables that is unsecured in your residence.

Pets Pets are not allowed in the house complex.

Bath Towels You are kindly asked not to use bath towels on the beach or in the pool of house complex.

Fire Safety The houses complex are equipped with all the required safety control according to the European structures.

Prevention Measures During your arrival please get informed for the nearest fire hoses. The use of candles is forbidden for your safety. You are kindly asked not to try fixing any electrical problem in your House, please inform the maintenance department. Please be careful to lightened cigarettes and electric devices.

If you conceive that something from above, of the preventive metres, does not function rightly, please inform the office. Special needs persons are requested to declare it during their arrival or booking.

Parking Area Parking area is available to the guests. You are kindly asked not to leave precious objects or jeweleries inside your vehicles.

For Refundable Bookings dicrates that, 14 days before arrival, no charges are applied ( only administration fee and credit card expences)
