Villa Nika is a boutique hotel, situated in the region Agia Marina in the green island of Spetses. Its distance from organized beach, taverns and super market is 2 minutes walk. Villa Nika is new built, with environmentally friendly materials. It has a big garden and a big swimming pool of high standards, equipped with hydro massage. It is an ideal place for relaxation, for families, for couples and small group.

Location

Spetses island is located in the Saronic gulf and separated by a small strip from Peloponnese.

Activities of the island: Hiking walking, swimming, cycling, and water sports of Agia Marina's beach.

About seven minutes by walking is the old port with restaurants bar, and nightlife.

2-Bedrooms Apartment :  GROUND-POOL LEVEL: 2 Bedroom Apartments (4 persons) Villa Nika disposes of two Bedroom Apartments, the Apartment No 1 & the Apartment No 3. They are very spacious (65 square metres each) and are located on the ground-pool level exactly in front of the pool. They consist of 2 bedrooms, the one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a marble bathroom. It’s ideal for families and can accommodate up to 4 persons.
On the balcony there is table with chairs.

Suite : FIRST LEVEL: Suites (2-3 persons). Villa Nika disposes of two Suites, the Red Suite No 2 & the Blue Suite No 4.
Both Suites are located on the first level offering panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The Suites’ size is 65 square metres each. It’s ideal for couples and can accommodate up to 3 persons. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with TV and a big sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a marble bathroom. On the balcony you can take your coffee enjoying the sunset.

Apartment : DOWNSTAIR LEVEL: Apartments (2-4 persons) Villa Nika disposes of three Apartments, the Apartment No 8, the Apartment No 9 & the Apartment No 5. They are very spacious (65 square metres each) and sunny with their own wonderful yard with table and chairs. Apartments are located on the downstair level and consist of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom. The Apartment No 5 is located in the barbecue area and also opens in the barbecue area.

  • A prepayment / Payment of deposit can be requested by the hotel - this prepayment can be by creditcard or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation / Non Show Policy

Low Season (01.04 - 31.10): Free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival and 50% of the tota cost for 6 days or less.

Middle Season (01.06 - 30.06  ) : Free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival and 50% of the tota cost for 13 days or less.

High  Season (01.06 - 20.09 & 25.04 - 02.05   ) : Free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival and 50% of the tota cost for 20 days or less.

Cancellation fee is calculated on the total amount if the reservation.
