Lithos bar of Skiathos was just renovated, and opens for business in May 2007, in the entrance of Kanapitsa peninsula offering a light cuisine-snack bar, in an elegant yet cozy environment, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the Aegean sea. The bar was named "Lithos" because of its unique nature-it is built within a real mountain next to the swimming pool, with sea water, of Hotel Kanapitsa Mare.
Lithos bar is open from 11.00 am until late in the evening, serving light lunch snacks and Italian style dinner, all carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, along with various plates of finger food. In addition, Lithos bar serves a wide choice of coffees, cocktails as well as fresh juices. Throughout the day, the pool area and oversized terrace of Hotel Kanapitsa Mare offer an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sun, a refreshing cocktail or have a tasteful lunch/dinner. Please note that all open areas of the Lithos bar are Hot-Spot zones, offering high speed internet access, combining great sea view and a relaxed area to work with your laptop, PDA. All you will need is to ask for a prepaid internet access time card from the staff at the bar, or the Hotel reception.
