an excellent hotel with poor services

Employees in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and supplies in room were always available. The breakfast was poor for a 5 star hotel. There was only one type of coffee offered (american coffee) and there was a charge for any other type of coffee or chocolate (instant etc) requested. Only fried eggs were offered (no scrumble eggs). The Easter lunch was poor and of low quality. Main dishes were spaggetti, potatoes, lamp, kokoretsi and pork with lots of fat (pantsetta). There were no treaties offered before Easter lunch and there were no treaties offered in rooms (red eggs, canddles for the church and tsoureki) before Anastasi. However, these practices are common in five stats hotels in Greece during Easter time. Overall, it is an excellent hotel with poor services.
