Naoumidis Traditional Guesthouse is located in Portaria area of Pilion. Portaria lies
between the beautiful Beaches of the Pagasitikos Gulf and snow-capped peaks where exceptional
ski run have been created. Centaurs, wood nymphs, Thetis and Achilles walked beneath the
thousand-year-old plane treas.
Portaria has an abundance of water, greenery and unique sunshine that makes beautiful flowers
to be in blossom and trees to give delicious fruits. Portaria has Byzantine Chapels,
picturesque cabled ways and Mansions one of which is Archontico Naoumidi. It was built in 1893
by the Naoumidi's family, one of the most prosperous families coming from Egypt. In 1997 it
was carefully renovating devoting great attention to its historical details and has operated as
a Luxury Guest House since August 2001.
